2023 Scholar Celebration: Photo Gallery & Media Coverage

Richmond Promise’s 2023 Scholar Celebration took place on a sun-splashed day in Richmond’s Civic Center Plaza on June 3, 2023. RP Scholars, families, friends and the Richmond community gathered to celebrate the newest group of Promise students heading to college and show their support for Richmond’s future leaders. RP Scholars also received certificates from both Richmond Promise and U.S. Congressman John Garamendi, and enjoyed a performance by KJ, Pied Piper of the Bay.
