Richmond Promise Scholars have access to mentors to support them:

  • Connect with a professional in their field of interest
  • Adjust to life as a college student
  • Foster their success and reach their college degree goals

By the end of a year of mentoring, a Richmond Promise Scholar will have:

  • An updated resume and cover letter template
  • A LinkedIn Profile
  • Applied for at least 3 jobs or internships within field of study
