Richmond Promise Board Member Mojdeh Mehdizadeh has been selected to serve as the 10th permanent Chancellor of the Contra Costa Community College District (4CD), the District’s governing board announced Monday.

Mehdizadeh is a longtime supporter of Richmond Promise and RP Scholars across the country. RP works closely with the Contra Costa Community College District, especially Contra Costa College in San Pablo where a high concentration of RP Scholars begin their college journey.
